Job Description – Warehouse Operative (Temporary Full-Time)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Warehouse Operative to temporarily join the National Beauty Distribution team full-time, working across some of Ireland’s most exciting beauty brands, including Bare by Vogue, LUNA by Lisa, and more.

Job Summary:

This is a hands-on role where you'll support a range of warehouse operations including order picking, packing, stock handling, and gift set assembly. If you're organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy being part of a fast-paced team, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders for dispatch

• Ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and on time

• Support in receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock

• Assist in preparing and assembling promotional and seasonal gift sets when required

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment

• Report any stock discrepancies or product issues to the supervisor

• Follow all safety and manual handling procedures

• Meet daily operational targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Comfortable using computer software stock systems (training provided)

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light-to-moderate loads

• Manual handling training is a plus
