What You'll Do
As the Head of Sales & Education, you’ll be the visionary behind our Aesthetics division. You’ll collaborate with global skincare brands and spearhead strategies that ensure market dominance. Whether you’re launching exciting new products, developing tailored education programs, or managing top clients, you’ll be setting the tone for success and ensuring that our skincare brands remain unmatched in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Skincare Growth: Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive brand success, expand market share, and boost sales across our skincare portfolio.
- Brand Leadership: Manage relationships with global skincare partners, ensuring brand guidelines are met while fostering long-term success.
- Skincare Education: Work closely with the education team to develop standout training programs for professionals and retailers that will keep our products top of mind.
- Market Expertise: Stay ahead of trends, analyse market shifts, and keep our brands at the forefront by identifying new opportunities and strategic growth paths.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture lasting relationships with luxury retailers, salons, and pharmacies to elevate our skincare presence across multiple channels.
- Sales Impact: Lead your team to hit growth targets, expand our customer base, and ensure consistent performance through strategic sales initiatives.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Guide a talented sales and education team, mentoring and driving excellence at every level.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in the skincare industry, with 5+ years of experience in brand management, sales, or education roles.
- Strategic thinking with a track record of developing and executing successful growth plans.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to inspire teams and connect with high-profile clients.
- Deep market knowledge of skincare trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams to achieve ambitious targets.
- IT proficiency with tools like Google Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel nationwide and a full clean driver’s license.
Location: We are looking for a candidate who is centrally located in Ireland, ideally within easy access to locations such as Dublin, Galway, and Limerick.
Holidays: 20 Days
