Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive, create, manage, optimise and report on daily/weekly email channel performance.

  • Closely monitor and optimise automations to ensure ongoing engagement.

  •  Meeting each customer at their stage in the lifecycle with relevant, timely content that supports retention and overall conversion. 

  • Ensure the continued growth and optimisation of existing email lists and segments. 

  • Analyse email list growth across all brands and make recommendations for improvement to the Head of Department.

  • Rework and optimise automated email flows to ensure we are maximising conversion and retention. 

  • Work with our graphics department to create well-written copy and on-brand content that resonates with each brand's respective audience and list.

  • Work cross-functionally with our Graphic Designers, Marketing, Digital and Social teams to improve the layout of emails using best practices and proven email marketing tactics.

  • Develop and drive a long-term email marketing strategy to consistently improve performance and increase revenue across B2B and D2C sites.

  • Manage email lists and segments to optimise conversion, growth and brand alignment. A/B Test segments, lists, copy and content regularly and use data to identify areas of improvement and drive future email marketing strategy

  • Stay up-to-date with current marketing industry trends and email best practices. 

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • 2-3 Years of Email Marketing Experience

  • E-Commerce industry experience

  • Basic knowledge of HTML

  • Experience using ESPs like: Klayvio, Mailchimp, Kit and Shopify 

  • Ideally product certified in Klaviyo

  • Strong copywriting and content experience

  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritise

  • Comfort and experience dealing with members at all levels of the organisation

  • A good eye for design and brand, with Adobe Creative Suite experience, is a plus

  • A strong understanding of the relationship between site and email
