Job Description: Area Sales Manager - Prestige Division

Territory: South & South West

National Beauty Distribution is one of Ireland’s leading brand management and distribution companies in the hair and beauty industry. We are the sole distributor for many high-profile global brands in Ireland. Our business is split over 4 channels - Professional, Retail, Prestige and DTC. This role is within our Prestige Division. The portfolio of brands from which you will be tasked with selling and managing include Living Proof, Act + Acre, Bumble & Bumble, Aveda & Origins and any additional brands that the company may distribute in the future.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic, passionate sales expert who can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment. You will aim to increase market share and sales for a select suite of brands in your territory by developing existing client spend and opening new business opportunities.

What we are looking for:

• Proven sales experience in the B2B sectors (industry experience an advantage, but not essential)

• A positive and tenacious attitude and an unyielding passion for success

• Target driven and total focus on achieving goals and helping grow business

• Proven ability to gain new business and build lasting relationships with both salons & high-end retailers

• Being a world-class brand ambassador by developing in-depth knowledge and exuding passion for our brands

• An outside-the-box, pro-active approach to self-generating new business through activity, referrals and networks

• A mature approach to intelligent consultative selling

Qualifications and Skills:

•  Minimum 3 years of field sales experience

• Experience in the Hair/Beauty Industry & hair colour is a distinct advantage

• Track record of reaching and exceeding business targets

• Experience in pipeline management and/or defining sales strategy

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Full Clean driving licence
